What types of care plans are offered?

Our care plan starts with our first interview with you. The more details and information you share the better we can develope a successful plan. We include realalistic things that you may need help with like probation, we report all progress and ensure you follow thru with any legal proceedings you may have. We work with any state or federal entity that you may need to report to. When inside our long term residential homes we take into consideration your wants as well as your needs. We encourage outward bound goals and help our clients with everyday goals to ensure they are living the quality of life they deserve. Our faith based program puts God before all. Faith based activities are included and encouraged. Our in house Rev. Rick Casey provides Sunday services and has a open door policy to anyone that may need guidence.

What makes our program unique?

Our program is designed to enhance the quality of life in a more personal journey. Although we are state licensed we pride our program in a more one on one family style healing. We are the only progam of this nature with in 100 mile radius as well as provide a service to a rural area. Visit us in beautiful Sequatchie County, T.N.
